Jesus loves me!

Image
Dear Friend, I’m not sure what kind of trial you might be passing through. I don’t know what tears you might be crying. I don’t know what unfulfilled longings you may have. But one thing is certain, Jesus loves you! Never forget that truth. He knows how to turn every curse into a blessing, every heartache into joy, every loss into gain. (Romans 8:28) There is always HOPE with Him. Remember, He loves you!! ❤️πŸ™πŸ» You said You'd come and share all my sorrows,You said You'd be there for all my tomorrows; I came so close to sending You away, But just like You promised You came there to stay; I just had to pray! And Jesus said, "Come to the water, stand by My side, I know you are thirsty, you won't be denied; I saw ev'ry teardrop when in darkness you cried, And I strove to remind you that for those tears I died." Your goodness so great I can't understand, but, dear Lord, I know now that all this was planned; I know You're here now, and always will be, You...

Go and sin no more!

Image
Jesus went to the Mount of Olives. 2  Now early in the morning He came again into the temple, and all the people came to Him; and He sat down and taught them.  3  Then the scribes and Pharisees brought to Him a woman caught in adultery. And when they had set her in the midst,  4  they said to Him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery, in the very act.  5  Now Moses, in the law, commanded us that such should be stoned. But what do You say?”  6  This they said, testing Him, that they might have  something  of which to accuse Him. But Jesus stooped down and wrote on the ground with  His  finger, as though He did not hear. 7  So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”  8  And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground.  9  Then those who heard  it,  being convicted by  their ...

Face to Face!

Image
I’m sitting here in my vehicle listening to the rain fall on my window. I can’t help but think of that passage in 1 Corinthians 13:12, that so beautifully states,  “For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face.” Think of it, FACE to FACE! “Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall SEE HIM as He is.” (1 John 3:2) “Unto you therefore who BELIEVE, HE is precious!” (1 Peter 2:7)  Face to face with Christ, my Savior, Face to face—what will it be, When with rapture I behold Him, Jesus Christ who died for me? Refrain: Face to face I shall behold Him, Far beyond the starry sky; Face to face in all His glory, I shall see Him by and by! *Only faintly now I see Him, With the darkened veil between, But a blessed day is coming, When His glory shall be seen. What rejoicing in His presence, When are banished grief and pain; Death is swallowed up in vict’ry, An...

“His eye is on the sparrow, and I know He watches me!”

Matthew 10:29, “Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father’s will.” -Jesus   I have witnessed God’s watchful eye, and His loving care, on three different occasions in the last month!  The first one, I was driving downtown Edmonton, and to my surprise, saw a lady lying down on the sidewalk. Three women just so happened to be walking by when they witnessed her fall. One was talking to her, and monitoring her vital signs, while another was calling for an ambulance. Another man had pulled over to help as well!  The second, was an elderly lady who had fallen on her face just outside the public washrooms at a park I was at with mom. We just so happened to be coming up to the bathroom at that time! Thankfully she was ok!  The third, was my Parents vehicle breaking down in really warm weather!! My mom doesn’t do well in the heat! Neither of them had their cell phones, which is unusual for them. Mom had forgo...
