The Just for the Unjust

“Out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man.” Matthew 15:19, 20-The words of Jesus

So Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowd, “I find no fault in this Man” (Jesus my Saviour!) Luke 23:4

For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit... 1 Peter 3:18

Psalms 119:130; The entrance of Your words gives light; It gives understanding to the simple. John 8:12; Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” 1 John 1:5; This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 1 John 1:7; But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Choices

In a world of darkness, I choose the light.  In a world of evil, I choose the good.  In times of sorrow, I choose joy.  When Satan deceives me, I choose the truth. When fears arise, I choose the Father’s peace. When religion knocks at my door, I choose a relationship with my Creator, through the perfect sacrifice of Jesus on the cross for the forgiveness of my sin. When doubts arise, I choose to believe.  What or whom do you choose today?  “Today, if you will hear His (Jesus) voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” -Hebrews 3:7, 8
